3. Your rights
You may at any time request: information about the data we hold on you (Art. 15 GDPR), correction of incorrect data (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing instead of erasure (Art. 18), your data in a portable format (Art. 20), or object to the processing (Art. 21). Please contact dsb@noon-gmbh.de for any of these requests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saxon Data Protection Commissioner (Sächsischer Datenschutzbeauftragter) at any time.
4. What data do we collect on our website?
Server log files
When you visit our website, our server automatically stores technical data: date and time of access, your IP address, the page requested, browser type and operating system, and the referrer URL. This is used to keep the website secure and functional. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website). We delete this data after 7 days.
Enquiries by e-mail or telephone
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, telephone number, e-mail address and the content of your enquiry) in order to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries); if your enquiry concerns a contract with you or its preparation, additionally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete the data once your enquiry has been fully processed. For telephone calls, your telephone number is additionally stored for 90 days in the call list of our telephone system. If a transaction results, we retain the correspondence, insofar as it concerns a commercial transaction, for six years in accordance with statutory obligations (Section 257 HGB (German Commercial Code), Section 147 AO (German Fiscal Code)).
Job applications
If you apply for a position with us (e.g. by e-mail to bewerbungen@noon-gmbh.de), our separate privacy notice for applicants (DS-008) applies, which you automatically receive together with the confirmation of receipt of your application.
Cookie banner
We operate our cookie banner ourselves on our website. We store your choice in your browser on your device so that we do not have to ask you again at every visit. We do not pass this choice on to third parties.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. This only runs if you have previously given your consent via our cookie banner — without your consent, no cookies are set and no measurement data is transmitted to Google. Your IP address is shortened (anonymised) in the process. Legal basis: Section 25(1) TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Digital-Services-Data-Protection Act; consent to storing cookies on your device) together with your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data collected may be transferred to servers in the USA; this transfer is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as well as, additionally, by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. At Google, we have set a retention period of 2 months for individual event data and 14 months for user-level data (the period restarts when you visit again). The Google Analytics cookies remain stored on your device for up to 2 years. You may change your consent at any time via the cookie banner.
6. Social media
We link to Facebook, Xing and LinkedIn on our pages. These are plain links only — clicking them takes you to the respective platform, whose own privacy policy then applies.
